Managing Director (CEO)

CEO Mr. Scott B. Adler is an investor, civic entrepreneur, mentor and adviser. Scott is the Founder and Managing Partner, distinguished accelerator program, and technology-based incubation. Within this role, he also identifies areas for synergies between resident companies while maintaining and enhancing liaison with governmental agencies over Free Zone legislations.

Scott is the Commercialization projects include developments, Palestine, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, investments, software developers, essentials and developing economic development solutions, entrepreneurship, and economic development and support regional economic developers.

Scott has 30 years of global business experience that includes: being an angel investor and growing multiple ventures Standard Register, line operations in global Companies and smart city development, and university roles (tech transfer office, setting up R&D center and lecturing).

Scott is a life learner with multiple degrees and certification: Certified Licensing Professional (CLP), MBA (marketing), Bachelors (business), and Certified Financial Planner (CFP less practical) and has taught at multiple universities (engineering and business).

Director, Operations and Development

Bruno C. Cedric is responsible for providing strategic guidance and professional management in relation to all aspects of the capital development, infrastructure and operations of EMIRATES GLOBAL FUNDING PJSC. He is leading the development and implementation of strategic projects such as the EMIRATES GLOBAL FUNDING PJSC master plan and phase two expansion.

Bruno C. Cedric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering from Loyola Marymount University in California, USA. He also holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree from Qatar University and a Master of Science degree in Facilities Management from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, UK. Prior to joining EMIRATES GLOBAL FUNDING PJSC, he worked at many companies in Arab as Engineering department where he was responsible for the development of the Distributed Control System (DCS).

Highly experienced in the design and implementation of physical infrastructure development projects with keen interest and specialization in the energy sector. Welcomes new challenges, especially if they involve developing and implementing projects.

Maha N. Khatib, MSc. Training & HRM, is the Co-Founder and Partner at Management Consultancy in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Maha is a Learning & Development specialist with more than 12 years of experience in the Learning and development field, she effectively assists individuals and organizations in building solid and memorable learning experiences linked to performance. Her success is based on a style focused on using modern learning and development practices such as the Active and Accelerated Learning principles. Her strength in designing out of the box solutions for long and short Learning programs helped her clients in achieving sustainable learning outcomes and high return on investment.

Maha Nada holds a master’s degree in Training and Human Resources Management from University of Leicester-UK. She is an associate in the chartered Institute for Personal & Development, certified Human resources practitioner (CPP) and certified trainer and workplace assessor from the Council of Education.

As a trainer Maha Nada designed more than 100 technical and business skills training programs, and trained more than 7000 employees from 50 different nationalities to some of the leading local and multinational organizations in the region including Emirates Airlines, Shell – LNG Oman, and Dubai International Airport, Maha Nada is also a certified level A&B psychometric assessor from the British Psychologist Society.

Najla’s career has been focused on enabling entrepreneurs to achieve their potential. Well conversant with and trained in the design and implementation of Public-Private Partnership. Specially Real Estates and power projects.

At such a young age, Najla, a graduate from the American university of Sharjah has become the youngest Emirati Spa Founder in the region and a passionate entrepreneur from Sharjah. She is the Founder and CEO of Polished Day Spa in Sharjah that offers women in her beloved home city their very own luxurious spa destination and the first pregnancy spa destination in the Middle East. Najla is also the ambassador of Sharjah Business Women Council (SBWC) with a mission to empower WOMEN a non-profit charitable organization that supports the community with love through CSR initiates, volunteer work and fundraising events.

She is 2014 MIT Sloan MBA graduate with a B.A. in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado - Boulder. She’s currently the Innovation Director at EMIRATES GLOBAL FUNDING PJSC where she focuses on creating an environment supportive of technology ventures. Najla is also an amateur athlete, angel investor and former co-Managing Director, Entrepreneurship Competition.

Ahsanullah Swapnil Swati graduated with a B.A., LL.B (Honors) Sharia & Law and obtained a Post-graduate Diploma in Islamic Banking & Finance. He also received an LL.M in International Business Law from VU University Amsterdam, Netherlands. He passed the Bar exam in 2008 and is a qualified lawyer.

Projects Director

A highly competent former civil servant with wide experience in planning, implementation and monitoring of development projects. Well conversant with development planning, rules and procedures of development projects approval and implementation.

Mr. Singh is responsible for developing and implementing EMIRATES GLOBAL FUNDING PJSC strategic Communication plans both for internal and external stakeholders. As the Projects Director, Singh leads on all EMIRATES GLOBAL FUNDING PJSC relations with the existing portfolio of member-companies and also the wider U.A.E public.

Hold a BA in Business and Marketing from California State University, School of Business San Bernardino, Singh enjoys a successful diverse portfolio leading the PR and Marketing teams of some of the biggest companies in U.A.E.

EMIRATES GLOBAL FUNDING PJSC has appointed Imran Sheik as its new Finance manager. He has previously worked with various other Investment groups in the Middle East.

Sheik Mohammed Imran is EMIRATES GLOBAL FUNDING PJSC Finance & Operations. In this capacity, he is responsible for the overall management of the Accountant.

With 5 years of accumulative experience in Oil and Gas sector, Imran previously held various positions within Qatar Petroleum.

Imran, holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and is a qualified Chartered and Cost Accountant.
